    AsAsP Inspection and Assessment Program (IAP)  is a service based program of providing detailed security inspections, surveys/assessments, and risk management reviews of companies, organizations, facilities, installations, and compounds using industry proven standards and procedures.

             General Procedures:  Requesting agencies will request AsAsP service under the IAP and a AsAsP representative will meet with the potential client and determine the service needs—an inspection, asset survey, vulnerability assessment, or risk management review. 

Service Cost- Will depend on the size and complexity of the type of service provided; however, the AsAsP representative will be prepared to provide a quote prior to performing any service.

 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

AsAsP security professionals is comprised of personnel that have served or currently serving in a various security positions such as, physical security specialist, security specialist, industrial security specialist, force protection officer, antiterrorism officer, correctional officer, military police officer, loss prevention specialist, crime prevention officer, etc.  Our SME’s experience stretches across the entire security industry to include local, state, and federal government, and all of our SMEs are certified for their profession.   

Coordination with External Agencies

AsAsP have established numerous external relationships with organizations, agencies, and educational institutions to facilitate an effective inspection and assessment program that captures regulatory or statue compliance requirements.  

Inspection/Assessment  

AsAsP will identify appropriate personnel to participate/accomplish the inspection or assessment in the desired time period of the customer.  A pre-assessment or survey may be require to define the appropriate time period to accomplish the inspection/assessment—the size and scope or work may prohibit short fuse inspections/assessments.  AsAsP is dedicated to quality service and we believe our customers will be completely satisfied with AsAsP IAP service.  A mathematical process for conducting risk management that will allow leaders and mangers to adequately manage their exposure to the risk will be provided with all our inspections/assessments.
